Al-Ansar Wins Bekaa Tournament for 3rd Consecutive Time
(August 2, 99)

Al-Ansar has added yet another championship to their series of consecutive titles. Al-Ansar won the Bekaa Tournament for the 3rd consecutive time yesterday when they defeated Wahda (Syria) 1-0.

Al-Ansar showed a good performance, especially in the defense where new defenders showed responsibility and high skills.

Al-Ansar started the 1st half on the offensive side wanting to score an early goal to secure their lead.

Peter Prospar's attempts on the 4th and 31st minutes where exceptionally stopped by Wahda's goalkeeper.

Fadi Ghosen scored Al-Ansar's 1st goal on the 34th minute after passing a couple of defenders.

In the 2nd half, Al-Ansar tried to keep their lead by attempting to score more goals where their strategy was again offensive.
